As long as your item is not a final sale item (which is very rare & always advertised at the point of sale) you can return items for any reason, using the steps below to get a store credit!  
Please try on everything as soon as you get it. & Email/message within 6 days of receiving your product, to let us know that you are returning - we need to have your name on the receiving list. {}
Print out your receipt from your email & circle or highlight the item on the receipt that you are returning for store credit. We cannot process returns without a receipt or packing slip.
Wait for our response to your email so that we can give you the returns address to ship back to.
Once the item is in our possession and is confirmed to be in "like new" condition, free from pet hair, odors, etc, you will receive an email with a coupon code to use your store credit on the website! Depending on volume, it can sometimes take 2-3 business days to issue store credits.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Since we are a boutique and quantities are limited, if you return an item it is not guaranteed we will have a different size in stock.
